The employees of Marlboro Crane Hire undergo what we call “tool box talks” on a regular basis. These talks offer the employees a chance to ask questions about health and safety on site and to learn ways in which to continually be in-charge of their safety.
Management will meet regularly to consult and review Health and Safety matters. They will define responsibilities and relationships that promote a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the company. They will ensure that the Safety Management systems are implemented effectively.
All employees are encouraged to recommend improvements to the current Health and Safety standards and work practices, as well as identify and eliminate all hazards that have the potential to cause injury.

To obtain and maintain OHSAS 18001 4 star certification. To develop and maintain an ISO 14001 environment.
